That’s right, PetroSA’s chair (Popo Molefe) seems to have unilaterally binned a contract for transporting workers to rigs, and was sued by Indwe Aviation. Suspicions were raised as to the reasons, and that Indwe’s local partner was run by an ex-prosecutor. As an encore, the chair went on to try and sack the newly appointed CEO (chosen by the Minister for Energy), who was later reinstated by the board[14][15][16].
